Inside pipe coating provides inside of pipe a smooth surface which allows fluids passing through it efficiently. Thus saving energy and time and, reducing operation cost. The coating applied inside of the pipe is strong enough that it can handle extreme pressures and temperatures.

Pipes are put through burn off face which burns off any organic matter from the pipe. Prior to coating application pipes are passed through shot blaster which smooths the inside of the pipe as per the specification of the powder to be applied.

Once the pipe are cleaned and smoothed from inside an initial layer of primer is applied and then it is sent for pre coat heating. Immediately after pre heating coating is applied and sent for curing. Cured pipes are throughly inspected for any defects and ensured the pipes are coated as per the specification.
